How soon my order will be shipped?

We do our best to ship within 2 business days (excluding holiday closures). If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days, please let us know and we will check on the order status.

Since 1985, we’ve created leather pieces along with leather artisans. We’re incredibly passionate about environmental sustainability and supporting independent leather pieces creators — our leathers are byproducts of the meat and dairy industry that would otherwise go to waste. Each DoverCollection bag is handmade with love by talented global artisans. We gather the most valuable raw materials combined with natural leathers and leather lovers. Every single leather product We produce has a story to tell that involves extraordinary people.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of new and unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days. Our return policy applies only to orders placed on dovercollection.com Request return number cs@doverleather.com

Returns are subject to a return label fee of $10.00
International orders carry no warranty and cannot be returned for refund or replacement.

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I receive the invoice for my order?
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.
